چکیده
In order to explore the construction technology of prestressed steel strand–polyurethane cement composites for strengthening hollow slab beams, two reinforced test beams (L1, L2) and one unreinforced beam (L0) were subjected flexural static load tests. The deflection, ductility, stiffness, strain, bearing capacity each used summarize influence different reinforcement techniques on performance beams. Research shows composite material was well-bonded beam, which effectively inhibits development concrete cracks delays damage process that effect L1 under reverse pouring remarkable, bending L2 forward simulated real bridge good, much better than L0. use tensile strands casting polyurethane–cement materials improved this can be further extended engineering applications.

Strengthening of a Reinforced Concrete Bridge with Polyurethane- cement Composite (PUC)
This paper describes a new material, polyurethane-cement composite (PUC), used to strengthen a 29-year-old reinforced T-beam bridge in Harbin, China. Polyurethane-cement composite (PUC) is mixed with polyurethane raw material and cement. This technique is completed by pouring Polyurethane-cement composite (PUC) into the template. Ultimate bearing capacity of the bridge after reinforcement was d...
